The 2020 legislative session ended on Monday, May 18th. The House and Senate did pass a small education finance bill. A summary of the bill was provided to you on Monday. The House passed an education policy bill, but time ran out before the Senate could act upon that policy bill. There is a strong possibility that a special session will be held in June. If a special session is held, the education policy bill might be back in play. As always, Valerie Dosland and I will follow this process very closely and will keep you informed as time moves forward.
