Question of the Week: Why Would Anyone Want to Be a Superintendent?

I was pressed this week to respond to this question by a leader I have suggested apply for superintendent positions. I know my why-do you know yours and will you share it here with me? Our aspiring leaders will benefit from your thoughts.

New Dashboard for Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) Helps Track Learning Recovery and Pandemic spending:

The74 article cites SPPS for its critical use of pandemic resources that have assisted in raising reading scores. A graphic of the dashboard used is included. Congratulations Superintendent Gothard and staff!
