The Long Goodbye for Mia Comes to a Close

Mia’s last day at MASA will be today, Thursday, October 13. This Padlet is available for you to send Mia your thoughts on her extraordinary 32-year career as MASA’s Director of Professional Learning.

“Together We Make A Difference” Conference Information Coming Soon!

The regional meetings were a success with an estimated attendance of anywhere from 1200-1500 students. They shared their voices and now all of the information collected will be synthesized.  Planning for the conference is underway and more information should be released soon.  A huge thanks to all coaches, advisors, athletic directors, principals, superintendents and others who encouraged students to participate. We are very hopeful improved conduct will result!

CPAs Seek Opportunities to Visit High Schools:

The Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants is participating in a national effort the week of Nov. 7–11 to have CPAs visit high school classrooms to talk about the wide array of possibilities in the accounting profession.
